How Do I Earn Money Through The Program?

As an Affiliated Artist, you earn money in two ways:

  • Royalties: You receive a base royalty for each piece of your art sold.
  • Commissions: You earn additional commissions when sales are made through your unique affiliate link.

What if I have multiple artworks? Are royalties different for each?

Yes, royalties are calculated on a per-product basis and may vary based on the size and retail price of the item. Your Artist Dashboard will provide detailed information on this.

What is the commission rate, and how is it calculated?
The commission rate is an additional percentage you earn on sales made through your affiliate link. It's calculated based on the final sale price after discounts and before taxes. This incentivizes our Artists to actively promote their work and rewards them for their marketing efforts.

What is the royalty rate, and how is it calculated?

The royalty rate we offer is tailored to support Artists and is derived from a percentage of the net profits from each sale.  The exact amount earned fluctuates based on several factors, including the type of artwork, its pricing, the sales channel, and more.

Artists have the ability to adjust their pricing preferences within the Artist Dashboard, which allows them to monitor the earnings from each of their products.

How Do I Get Paid?

Are there any thresholds or minimums for payment?

At Chromas, we've set a modest payment threshold to guarantee that Artists can access their earnings without delay. As soon as you hit the minimum payout amount, we'll initiate the payment process for the corresponding month.

Yes, your Artist dashboard is equipped with real-time tracking features, allowing you to monitor your sales and earnings as they happen. This tool helps you understand customer preferences and adjust your strategies accordingly.

When and how will I get paid?
We issue payments monthly with a commitment to transparency and convenience. You can select from various payment methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other available options. Detailed earnings reports are always at your disposal via the Artist Dashboard, offering a transparent view of your financial progress.
