Can I Buy Your Products Somewhere Else?

Yes and No. Chromas operates storefronts on several platforms that you can purchase from.

Each Artist has the ability to select where their artwork is distributed, as such, some works are exclusive to certain platforms. With that being said, this shop is home to the complete collection.

Do You Offer Free Samples?

At this time we do not offer samples of our products.

If you are a retailer or distributor and would like to see examples of our work for consideration please Contact us directly.

How Do I Know You Received My Order?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with details. If you are placing a custom order, a Chromas team member may reach out to you if we need further details to craft your masterpiece.

How Do I Make A Purchase?

Right Here! While we do have storefronts on other platforms, our website contains the complete product collection.

We do encourage you to check out the Artist's Profile as many have very cool products not sold by Chromas.

How Do I Track My Order?

About Our Products

Do You Make Custom Orders?

YES! We do custom orders.

We can customize almost all of our products to your specifications. This includes but is not limited to custom color pallets to match your existing décor, alterations to text and custom sizing to fit perfectly in your space.

In MOST but not ALL situations, custom orders are non-refundable.

Please note, certain products have limited or no customization options in accordance with the Artist's wishes. Please read each product description carefully.

Contact us for quotes on custom commissions and alterations that you don't see listed in the product options.

Do You Offer Framing?

Each product is currently sold without framing. We will be offering a limited library of frame moldings in the near future. Our recommendation is to contact your local art supply store or gallery for framing services. Each product comes with a spec sheet for you to provide with all the information a third party will need to frame your artwork.

How Do I Mount My Art?

Each product comes with basic mounting hardware to display your artwork. When you receive your artwork it will come with applicable installation instructions.

Small sized items such as Shadow Boxes or desktop products have both hanging hardware as well as a self supporting leg.

Where Are The Products Made?

Our Designers and Artists are from all over the world but each product is crafted by hand deep in the heart of Texas. From start to finish.

Why Does My Product Look Different Than In The Photographs?

The color tone of the product displayed on the screen is reproduced electronically.
This may differ from the actual color tone due to the characteristics of the monitor.
(Because our color perception is affected by the surface of the material, glare, lighting, and other factors.)

The product may differ from the wood shown in the picture due to its unique properties.

Cancellation & Returns

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order please Contact us directly as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders after they have shipped and you will need to instead return the product in accordance with our.

What Is The Return Policy?

Thank you for shopping with us!

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase (conditions below). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund but would be glad to speak with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Where Do I Send Returns?

  • Please do not send the product back to the Artist. It must be sent back to Chromas per the RMA instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any claims for lost or damaged returns must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
