The ELS Servo gives you the flexibility to handle a variety of drying needs. It features a new high-capacity dryer package for non-absorbent material. Each station is equipped with its own enclosed recirculatory dryer, which allows for a smaller footprint.
Closed-loop variable control allows for individual heat management at each station. A UV-curing option is available for any or all of the flexo print stations. Each dryer can be equipped with either hot air or IR drying, or both. Extra IR bulbs can be added to increase dryer capacity.
Each dryer is also equipped with web support for filmic materials. The dryer hood is designed for drying non-absorbent materials with high velocity air while maintaining proper web support.
